With 40 years of dance experience, she just keeps expanding to be a positive change agent in the lives of people.  Her upcoming workshop Qigong Flow happens on Saturday, August 26 from 10 am -12 pm at The Source Chiropractic in Oakland. This workshop will be her first Qigong workshop at 6 years of study and practice of Qigong in Shaolin Life Kung Fu at Deep Root Center for Spiritual Studies in Oakland. Qigong Flow takes on an exciting twist of combining elements of dance with the ancient practice of Qigong.

What exactly is Qigong you might ask? Simply, it is the learning how cultivate and enhance one's own energy in a series of exercises to improve health. Qigong has been scientifically proven to help reduce stress and improve the quality of life and well being.
